    For property financing, banks generally recommend contributing around 10-20% of the purchase price as equity, and additionally covering the purchase-related costs—such as property transfer tax, notary, and agent fees—from your own funds.

    Depending on your creditworthiness and initial situation, financing up to the full purchase price is also possible, and in some cases even beyond, including additional costs.

    What is the detailed process for financing?

    The financing process begins with an initial consultation with our financing expert—via phone, video conference, or in person. During this, we analyze your project, your financial framework, and your goals, developing initial financing options, including a personalized financing certificate.

    Once you have secured your desired property, we review the entire market with over 550 banks and develop a tailored financing concept with the best possible terms for you. We assist you in compiling all necessary documents and submit the application in a structured manner to the appropriate bank.

    After the final credit assessment and financing approval, we continue to support you throughout the entire purchasing process and remain by your side beyond that.

    How long does it take to receive a financing approval?

    You will receive an initial assessment during the first consultation. We provide an indicative, time-limited financing offer within 24-48 hours.

    Upon submission of all documents and the final application, the binding financing approval is usually given—depending on the bank—within 3 to 14 days.

    What is the cost of financing advice?

    You incur no direct costs. Our compensation is provided solely upon successful facilitation through a one-time brokerage commission by the financing bank. Excluded are commercial property or project financings.
