We then take on the marketing under an exclusive contract and prepare your property fully and professionally – including obtaining and processing all relevant documents. Sensitive issues such as the calculation of living area (especially for financing banks) and the energy performance certificate are also entirely managed by us.
We thoroughly pre-qualify prospective buyers and, together with our internal financing service, verify them, ensuring we engage only with buyers of strong financial standing for in-depth negotiations.
We independently manage viewings, negotiations, and all communications, closely coordinating with you. As the process progresses, we organize the notarial formalities, accompany you to the notary appointment, and handle the handover of the property.

What are the costs of a real estate agent when selling?
The real estate commission is typically 7.14% including VAT of the purchase price. For residential properties, this is usually split equally between the buyer and seller, with each party paying 3.57% including VAT.
